Options for making returns or exchanges

We currently offer two options for processing your return or exchange:

In-store
You can return or exchange your product directly at our official stores located in:

  • Fuencarral Street 72, Madrid
  • Carrer del Duc 8, Barcelona

To do this, you must bring the garment in its original packaging and label, along with the order number or purchase receipt.

Online via Reveni
You can also complete the process online through our returns platform:

You only need:

  • Enter your order number (for example, #123456).
  • Please provide the email address you used to make the purchase.

Once completed, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to manage your return or exchange.

General conditions for return and exchange

Orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions will be rejected.

Time limits for returns and exchanges

Returns:

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive the product to request a return.
  • The refund will be made using the same original payment method, unless you prefer a voucher or bank transfer.

Exchanges (size or item):

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive the product to request an exchange.

Special deadlines during sales and promotional periods

During promotional or sales periods (Black Friday, Christmas and official sales) the following conditions will apply:

Changes:

  • Changes for 30 calendar days.
  • Subject to stock availability.

Returns:

  • Refund to the original payment method within the first 15 days.
  • Between 15 and 30 days, refund in credit or voucher.

These conditions supersede the general conditions during promotional periods.

Non-returnable products

  • Gift cards
  • Health or personal care products
  • Underwear or swimwear
  • Products purchased at Pop-Ups, Outlets or Sample Sales
  • Mystery Box
  • Gifts sent by GODS to the customer

Do not send your purchase to the manufacturer without prior authorization. Unauthorized packages will be rejected.

Refunds

  • Original payment method
  • Store coupon
  • Bank transfer (if requested)

Refunds usually take between 1 and 3 business days .

Shipping costs and responsibilities

  • We do not accept collect shipments.
  • Shipping and customs costs are indicated at checkout.
  • Non-conforming shipments will be returned without refund.
  • FAKE GODS SL is not responsible for damages or losses.
